1. Payment Structure:

• The customer is required to make an upfront payment of 50% of the total project cost before work commences.
•  The remaining 50% is due upon delivery of the requested service.

2. Advance Payment and Refund Policy:

•  If the project progresses to a stage where the advance payment is required for ongoing work, the initial 50% advance payment becomes non-refundable.
•  In the event that DimeLand IT makes a mistake resulting in the project being called off, a mutually agreed-upon portion of the advance payment will be refunded to the customer.

3. Project Cancellation:

•  If the customer decides to cancel the project after work has commenced, the advance payment will not be refundable.

4. Service Delivery:

• DimeLand IT commits to delivering the requested service in a timely manner and meeting the agreed-upon specifications.

5. Project Alterations:

•  Any changes or additions to the initially agreed-upon project scope may incur additional charges, subject to mutual agreement between DimeLand IT and the customer.

6. Intellectual Property:

•  Upon full payment, the customer will have ownership rights to the final delivered product. DimeLand IT retains the right to reuse generic elements developed during the project for other clients.

7. Confidentiality:

• DimeLand IT agrees to treat all information provided by the customer as confidential and will not disclose or use such information for any purpose other than the project.

8. Termination:

• Either party may terminate the project with written notice if the other party breaches any material term or condition of this agreement.

9. Dispute Resolution:

• Any disputes arising from this agreement will be resolved through negotiation in good faith. If a resolution cannot be reached, the matter may be escalated to mediation or legal action as per applicable laws.

10. Modifications to Terms and Conditions:

•  DimeLand IT reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions with prior notice. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

By engaging with DimeLand IT services, the customer acknowledges and agrees to abide by these terms and conditions.
